The FineCraft Experience

By Niko Papaheraklis

Nowadays, it really isn’t enough to just do a service and call it a day. Obviously, you want to make sure the service you provide is high quality, but in today’s world we owe it to our clients to be much more than just a service. That’s why at FineCraft, we work very hard to give our clients an experience that makes their entire process with us as enjoyable as possible. A few ways we do that include:

Time management

We respect our clients’ time. We know time is valuable and we work hard to make sure our time management is spot on. If we say a project will be done in ‘x’ weeks then it will be. We know that remodeling and construction may have a bit of a reputation for taking too long, so we really make it a point to always stick to our word and get projects done on time.

Keeping clients informed

We always aim to have a lot of communication with our clients. We want to keep the homeowners apprised of what’s going on at all times. This way, if for any reason we get a little behind on schedule or if a decision needs to be made, we let them know right away. This takes away surprises and gives the homeowner peace of mind about what is going on with their home.

At FineCraft Contractors, our clients are very important to us. We want to make sure they enjoy their experience and that they’re always in the know of what’s going on with their home. If you take a glance at our testimonials, you’ll see that our clients love working with us because of the experience we give them. If you have a renovation idea or want to remodel sections of your home, call us at 301-330-9191 and we’ll give you a thoroughly thought out estimate.
